About This Role
- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Purview implementations and design enterprise compliance architectures.
- Act as trusted advisor for data protection, insider risk, and regulatory compliance programs across M365 environments.
- Define KPIs, compliance maturity models, and oversee operating models including stakeholder workshops with Legal, Compliance, HR, InfoSec, and IT.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience in M365 Security & Compliance with deep Microsoft Purview leadership.
- Mandatory SC-400 certification for Microsoft Information Protection and Governance.
- Proficient in PowerShell automation for Purview policy management and experience with multi-geo, large M365 tenants.
- Bachelor of Technology degree; consulting or GSI delivery experience is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced consultant comfortable leading technical designs and mentoring junior consultants in a complex enterprise compliance setting.
- Capable of executive-level communication and solution storytelling focused on compliance risk reduction and business adoption of labels and DLP.
- Proven ability to deliver scalable, future-proof compliance architectures within regulated industries complying with GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, PCI-DSS.
