About This Role
- Design, develop, and implement autonomous AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain and Autogen.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to improve information retrieval and response generation.
- Create evaluation frameworks, monitoring systems, and documentation to ensure agent performance, safety, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 to 3+ years of relevant experience in AI engineering or related roles.
- Proficient in advanced Python programming including async programming and API development.
- Experience with vector databases, embedding models, RAG pipelines, and knowledge retrieval systems.
- Education: Full-time BE/BTech/MCA/MTech/MBA in relevant fields.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience in building and deploying autonomous agents using modern AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain) and LLM APIs.
- Familiarity with AI safety principles, hallucination resolution, and agent performance optimization.
- Knowledge of modern software development practices including Git, CI/CD, testing, and working with container technologies preferred.
