About This Role
- Provide managed network services by proactively monitoring and resolving technical incidents to maintain client IT infrastructure uptime.
- Handle first-line incident investigation, request fulfillment, and routine maintenance activities following standard operating procedures.

- Experience with ITSM tools and ITSM processes required.
