About This Role
- Develop and execute comprehensive ETL test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Validate source-to-target data mapping, reconciliation, and data warehouse/data lake/reporting solutions ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support automation testing initiatives within Agile environments.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in ETL/Data Warehouse testing.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and knowledge of data warehousing and dimensional modeling concepts.
- Experience with defect tracking (Jira, Azure DevOps) and understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in testing large-scale enterprise ETL and data warehouse solutions with a strong focus on data integrity and reconciliation.
- Hands-on with SQL and test automation frameworks, preferably in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
- Comfortable working in Agile teams, collaborating with engineers, analysts, and product owners to drive quality assurance initiatives.
