About This Role
- Lead and own the Dynamics 365 CE product vision and roadmap for Field Service and Project Operations, including integrations with Finance & Operations and third-party systems.
- Manage configuration, delivery, testing, and release management of CE solutions for Caterpillar dealers, ensuring compliance and operational consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, support change management, drive Power Platform adoption, and provide training and ongoing CE support.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10+ years in ERP/CRM solution delivery with 6+ years hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM/CE experience.
- Minimum 5 full-cycle end-to-end D365 implementations completed.
- Practical experience with D365 CE modules specifically Field Service and Project Operations, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, and integration technologies (Dual Write, Dataverse).
- Work Experience Required: 8-10+ years as specified; Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, IT, or related field required or preferred.

- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams managing complex D365 CE and Finance & Operations integrations and global rollouts.
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies with hands-on experience in backlog management, sprint planning, and DevOps practices.
- Strong expertise in solution design, testing (functional, regression, integration), and CE product delivery aligned with business objectives and continuous improvement.
