About This Role
- Design and deliver intuitive, scalable experiences and workflows for Solution Engineers, Builders, and Leaders to enhance productivity and AI adoption.
- Translate complex user and business needs into clear user journeys, prototypes, and interfaces iteratively using research and usage data.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate user insights into design systems, including exploring AI-powered and agentic interaction models.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, visual communication, and applying accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- Experience using research and experimentation to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of product design experience.

- Experienced in product design within complex, fast-moving technology environments involving AI and human-centered design.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams including Product, Engineering, Strategy, and Solutions to resolve ambiguity and deliver aligned outcomes.
- Curious about emerging AI technologies and actively experiments with new tools and workflows related to generative AI and agentic systems.
