About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery and support of data products using Snowflake, Azure, and related data tools.
- Lead and manage technical and solution delivery teams to ensure projects are on schedule, quality, and budget.
- Collaborate across IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to define, govern, and implement functional data solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (BE/B.Tech).
- 10+ years of professional experience with 15+ years hands-on in delivering data solutions using various development methodologies.
- Experience with Snowflake preferred; strong background in Big Data Analytics and Cloud Data platforms.
- Proven track record in leading multiple data projects, data warehouse or integration experience, and strong communication and leadership skills.

- Experienced leader capable of managing diverse global teams and driving technical discipline and continuous improvement.
- Operates effectively in a matrixed and distributed global environment with strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
