About This Role
- Maintain and enrich candidate records by accurately adding, updating, and coding information from French-language documents into the proprietary database.
- Ensure high data quality standards, error-free information entry, and adherence to categorization protocols to support leadership advisory decisions.
- Communicate with clients primarily through written queries to resolve issues related to candidate and company information; support related initiatives like document translation and Qualification Check process.
Minimum Requirements
- Excellent French language skills (French to English and vice versa) are mandatory.
- Graduate degree required.
- Work experience in a similar or related role, preferably in BPO/KPO non-voice process.
- Willingness to work in shifts (7AM-4PM or 3PM-12AM) and based in Gurgaon office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Detail-oriented professional with proven ability to handle confidential data and maintain data quality in a structured database environment.
- Experienced in client communication, primarily written, with an orientation toward quality and efficiency.
- Comfortable and experienced in working within fast-paced BPO/KPO environments and managing client requirements with a 'client first' approach.
