About This Role
- Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support organizational objectives and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage and supervise finance team members, including providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial management, or finance operations.
- Proven experience managing and supervising finance team members.
- Proficiency with accounting software and financial management systems.

- Experienced in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and budgeting in multi-departmental or matrix organizational structures.
- Familiar with capital planning, investment analysis, internal audit procedures, and risk management frameworks.
- Skilled in process improvement, operational efficiency initiatives, advanced Excel, financial modeling, and presenting to senior management.
