About This Role
- Lead and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue from weddings and MICE segments, including corporate events, conferences, incentives, exhibitions, and social celebrations.
- Manage high-value client relationships and key accounts by providing personalized service and overseeing event execution to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and drive the sales team to achieve departmental targets through coaching, performance management, and fostering collaboration across hotel operations for seamless event delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 8–12 years of hotel sales experience with significant involvement in weddings and MICE segments.
- Proven capability in managing large-scale weddings, corporate events, and high-value group business.
- Strong network with wedding planners, corporate clients, event agencies, and industry partners.
