About This Role
- Audit and verify daily hotel revenue streams including rooms, F&B, banquets, spa, and laundry for accuracy and compliance.
- Reconcile revenues from various systems (PMS, POS) and identify/report discrepancies or unusual transactions.
- Prepare daily audit reports, maintain detailed logs, and assist with month-end closing and revenue control improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4–5 years experience in hotel finance, income audit, night audit, or accounting roles.
- Knowledge of hotel revenue operations and accounting practices with proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Experience with hotel systems such as PMS and POS is preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in auditing diverse hotel revenue streams and reconciling multiple financial systems.
- Capable of detailed analysis and reporting supporting management review and regulatory compliance.
- Skilled in maintaining and improving internal financial controls to prevent revenue leakage.
