About This Role
- Manage hotel's credit policies and operations including credit assessments, account monitoring, and collections to ensure timely payments and healthy receivables.
- Review and approve credit applications, conduct risk evaluations of corporate clients and partners, and establish credit limits and payment terms.
- Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, Reservations, Finance, and Legal teams to resolve disputes, implement recovery procedures, and optimize credit control processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or hotel finance operations.
- Experience in hotel or hospitality finance operations preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in credit management practices, hotel billing processes, and MS Excel.

- Experienced professional with a background in managing corporate credit relationships and implementing credit risk controls in hospitality environments.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-departmentally with Sales, Front Office, Legal, and Finance to safeguard receivables and enhance cash flow.
