About This Role
- Develop, test, and maintain automation workflows using UiPath Studio and coding agents, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Provide solution designs and technical support to customers during Proof of Concepts and project implementations, adapting robot code as needed.
- Possibly lead and mentor junior developers within the UiPath Professional Service team.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
- 7+ years of IT industry experience with a coding development background.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in developing and implementing automation workflows specifically using UiPath.
- Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, coding agents (Autopilot and others), and knowledge of VB.NET/C# programming.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end UiPath product suite including RE-framework, Orchestration Framework, Document Understanding, and associated tools (Agents, Maestro, API Workflow).
- Comfortable providing technical trainings, demos, and client support during deployments and able to handle troubleshooting using UiPath CLI and latest tools.
- Has leadership potential or proven experience leading teams and mentoring developers in automation projects.
