About This Role
- Lead strategic consulting services across portfolio strategy, workplace strategy, business location advisory, and change management for India.
- Develop and manage regional Consulting business plan, delivery model, and commercialization of innovative ideas to meet client needs and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
- Drive new business opportunities, support sales through proposals and pitches, engage client leadership, and ensure consistent high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in real estate, finance, or business-related discipline; postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in industry, management consulting or corporate real estate within large corporates.
- Experience collaborating with and influencing executive management.
- Location: On-site in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
