About This Role
- Create motion graphics and animations primarily using 3D techniques for digital campaigns, social media, ads, and product videos.
- Utilize AI tools (Runway ML, Kling AI, Pika Labs, Luma AI, etc.) to enhance creative workflows and content production.
- Collaborate with designers, content strategists, and brand leads to ensure motion graphics align with overall creative strategy and platform-specific requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years of professional experience in motion graphics and animation.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with AI-assisted creative workflows involving specified AI tools.
- Proficient with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator; knowledge of 3D animation software like Blender or Cinema 4D preferred.
- Degree in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong portfolio evidencing high-quality 2D and 3D animation skills demonstrating versatility and quality within the first minute of review.
- Experience in advertising, digital marketing, creative studios, or media agencies indicating familiarity with agency workflows and client expectations.
- Deep familiarity with cutting-edge AI video generation techniques and emerging animation trends, staying current and adapting workflows accordingly.
