About This Role
- Lead and support consulting and advisory projects across government, public sector, and private sector clients focusing on strategy, policy research, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, strategy papers, business cases, and deliver financial, operational, and impact assessments to aid client decision-making.
- Manage diverse stakeholder relationships and project coordination to ensure successful project delivery and maintain strong client relationships.
Minimum Requirements
- Post Graduation degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in consulting, advisory, strategy, research, analytics, policy, or project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical and reporting tools.
- Location requirement: Chandigarh only.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in government advisory, public policy, economic development, institutional strengthening, or transformation projects (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with proven client management and project coordination capabilities.
- Able to work collaboratively with multiple client departments while complying with commercial and legal requirements; practical approach to solving complex problems.
