About This Role
- Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot highly available, scalable, and secure software features and infrastructure.
- Continuously monitor platform performance, identify issues, and recommend improvements in collaboration with other teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and produce software design and operational support documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in one or more programming languages like Golang; able to write secure, maintainable code and apply software engineering best practices.
- Experience with AWS infrastructure and IaC, large-scale distributed systems troubleshooting, and knowledge of multiple database types and data modeling.

- Experienced in end-to-end construction, delivery, and operation of complex software systems in production environments with security and privacy best practices.
- Demonstrates capability to troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems and support production systems through on-call rotations.
- Able to mentor and coach engineers in technical skills, showing prior leadership in engineering team development.
