About This Role
- Lead production and non-production support for DataMart environments ensuring platform health, data loads, and reporting availability.
- Oversee end-to-end batch processing, incident management, and lead technical recovery during critical incidents across multiple layers including application, database, and scheduling.
- Drive root-cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions to improve platform reliability; provide technical leadership and mentoring to support teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in DataMart, data warehouse, application, database or enterprise production support.
- 3+ years in a senior or lead technical capacity supporting business-critical enterprise platforms.
- Strong Oracle Database troubleshooting skills including SQL, PL/SQL, performance analysis, and high-volume processing issues.
- Strong Linux/Unix experience with shell scripting or comparable automation skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, high-availability enterprise DataMart or data warehouse platforms with operational accountability.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams including applications, database, infrastructure, and client support during critical incidents.
- Expertise in advanced Oracle database management, batch workflow orchestration, and automation to enhance production reliability and operational efficiency.
