About This Role
- Design and prototype user experiences aligning with product requirements and business goals.
- Create and document user workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems to guide development and maintain consistency.
- Collaborate closely with agile teams including developers, UI designers, and copywriters to ensure feasible and user-centric product design.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design including creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin, Illustrator, and GitHub.
- Functional understanding of front-end development technologies to assess design feasibility.
- Location requirement: Residing in or willing to relocate to Mumbai city.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced working effectively within agile/scrum cross-functional teams including engineering and product marketing.
- Strong communication skills to articulate and document design concepts, workflows, and product requirements clearly for stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and guide UI designers in implementing visual language and usability best practices aligned with business vision and goals.
