About This Role
- Support Consulting Service Line Quality team by reviewing and monitoring engagement set-ups for compliance with firm policies.
- Track and report quality KPIs regularly to partners and service management units, providing consultation and escalating issues as needed.
- Maintain consolidated updates and assist in ad-hoc quality and compliance-related activities to ensure adherence to timelines and standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree required.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Must have prior experience in contract reading and compliance evaluation.
- Location requirement: Gurugram (Primary Location Only).

- Consulting mindset with logical and conceptual clarity suited for compliance and risk management initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments with strong communication and work planning skills.
