About This Role
- Lead the end-to-end transition and consolidation of multi-country payroll and reward operations into the Noida HR Shared Services hub, ensuring accurate and timely payroll for all employees.
- Own global payroll process standards, monitor payroll data integrations, manage vendors against SLAs, and enforce zero critical payroll errors each cycle.
- Build and lead the payroll team from scratch, implement control frameworks, drive continuous process improvements, and ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years in HR operations with at least 8 years leading multi-country payroll operations.
- Experience running payroll for 10,000+ employees across multiple jurisdictions and leading payroll transition/vendor consolidation projects into shared services.
- Master's degree in HR, Finance, Business or related field.
- Payroll expertise including vendor management, controls (SOX), HRIS integration, payroll accounting, and statutory compliance.

- Strong leadership in building teams and implementing disciplined controls and audit frameworks within payroll and reward processes.
