About This Role
- Own technical direction and delivery outcomes of a major product area or substantial cross-team initiative combining engineering and customer/product insight.
- Lead hands-on design, development, testing, and rollout of complex Java services and platform capabilities, ensuring secure, maintainable production quality.
- Develop and deploy AI-enabled capabilities with clear operational boundaries and improve system reliability, scalability, security, and tenant isolation.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of enterprise software delivery with demonstrated Principal-level ownership of significant initiatives.
- Deep hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and enterprise SaaS engineering including security and performance.
- Practical experience with AWS or Azure architecture, containers, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Work Mode: Hybrid with 3 days in Hyderabad office; Work Timings aligned with IST General Flexible Shift.

- Experienced in leading cross-team technical implementation and influencing product decisions in enterprise SaaS environments.
- Operates at senior individual contributor level with strong engineering judgment, especially in Java and cloud-native architectures.
- Demonstrates proven ability to build durable, reusable components and mentor senior engineers while balancing product outcomes and technical excellence.
