About This Role
- Design and validate complex Salesforce development, configuration, and release scenarios to improve product quality and reliability.
- Investigate and reproduce technical failures across various Salesforce orgs, environments, and configurations to identify platform gaps.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize platform improvements, build reusable technical assets, and ensure adherence to internal controls.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of hands-on Salesforce development or platform engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex, Triggers, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and deployment processes including Salesforce CLI and Metadata API.
- Proficient with Salesforce security models: profiles, permission sets, sharing, roles, and field-level security.
- Location in Hyderabad with hybrid work mode (3 days WFO); work experience and certification preferred but not mandatory.
