About This Role
- Manage and grow HVAC retrofit and service modernization business with key national accounts in Pune & Nagpur regions.
- Drive end-to-end customer service operations, including quotations, billing, and coordination with customers and dealers.
- Implement process improvements to enhance customer service efficiency and satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or Operations.
- Diploma or any Engineering Degree mandatory.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working on key or national accounts within HVAC retrofit or service modernization domain.
- Techno-commercial aptitude with strong understanding of HVAC products and equipment.
- Ability to manage customer relationships and lead process improvements for service operations.
