About This Role
- Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of journal entries, bank reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, and Balance Sheet/P&L reconciliations.
- Manage statutory audits (India Statutory, Tax, Transfer Pricing) by coordinating with auditors and ensuring timely query resolution.
- Drive process improvements and internal controls; manage team deliverables in line with SLAs, quality, and compliance requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Indian accounting, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
- Strong knowledge of Indian statutory accounting, financial statements, and regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, and Transfer Pricing Audits.
- Degree required: B.Com or M.Com.

- Experienced in managing cross-functional audit and financial reporting coordination in India-centric roles.
- Proven ability to lead teams while ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards in financial operations.
