About This Role
- Lead product and design discussions to influence the direction of Razorpay's payment and API infrastructure.
- Drive scalability and quality of payment processing systems with a focus on delivering easy and accessible online payments across India.
- Contribute to open source standards for mobile payments and incubate new ideas shaping Razorpay's fintech product roadmap.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of professional technology experience.
- Strong product design sense and experience with backend programming languages (e.g., PHP, Python, Django, Golang, Java, C++).
- Good understanding of REST APIs and the web ecosystem; ability to build and complete product features independently.
- Location requirement: Bangalore, India.

- Experience in product companies with demonstrated ownership in building backend features from scratch to delivery.
- Evidence of proactive technical learning and community contribution such as open source project involvement and side projects on GitHub.
- Capability to engage in high-level product and design discussions influencing both technical and business outcomes in a large-scale fintech environment.
