About This Role
- Support financial reporting accuracy and timeliness through planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Analyze financial status by comparing plans, forecasts, and actual results to determine trends and recommend improvements.
- Assist in annual budgeting, ad-hoc analysis, audit preparation, and sales commission calculations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in corporate accounting environment.
- Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in General Ledger Programs (Sage), Financial Reporting applications (TM1), and Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in multi-state or complex matrix business environment.
