About This Role
- Lead and manage the Voice Engineering team responsible for design, development, and delivery of voice technology solutions.
- Ensure high availability, performance, security, and scalability of voice platforms and telephony systems, including monitoring and resolving critical issues.
- Drive technical roadmaps, vendor management, and process improvements including automation to enhance operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8-12 years experience in Voice Engineering, Telecom, Contact Center Technology, or related domains.
- 2-4 years experience leading engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of telephony systems including IVR, SIP, VoIP and experience with cloud-based voice platforms and integration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with proven ability to manage and mentor engineering teams in voice/telephony domains.
- Demonstrated expertise in telephony architectures, APIs, troubleshooting, and working across business, product, operations, and technology teams.
- Familiarity preferred with voice platforms like Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, Amazon Connect and exposure to BFSI or large enterprise environments.
