About This Role
- Design and own end-to-end agentic AI solutions on AWS, including task decomposition, tool design, orchestration, and memory models.
- Develop, tune, and maintain production RAG pipelines and own retrieval quality metrics.
- Set engineering standards, security guardrails, and collaborate with stakeholders on solution design and deployment efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years experience with 2-3 years designing agentic AI systems and frameworks with production lifecycle ownership on AWS.
- Strong AWS expertise: 3+ years with AWS AI services (Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, SageMaker) and 5+ years with core AWS services including Lambda, Step Functions, ECS/EKS/Fargate, and networking (VPC, PrivateLink).
- 7+ years production Python development skills including async, typing, FastAPI, and structured testing.
- Experience in AI security, evaluation/LLMOps, and responsible AI practices including prompt injection defense, scoped permissions, and data privacy management.

- Deep domain expertise in agentic AI architectures and RAG systems proven through operating production AWS AI workloads end-to-end.
- Ability to design scalable, secure AI solutions within regulated or complex enterprise environments requiring strict compliance and governance.
- Strong technical leadership demonstrated by setting architectural standards, mentoring engineers, and partnering effectively with business stakeholders for solution shaping and deployment.
