About This Role
- Manage 24x7 operations and high availability of Linux-based enterprise digital learning platforms.
- Lead major platform migrations and handle PostgreSQL database management including replication, tuning, and backup.
- Architect multi-tier hosting environments, improve security, implement monitoring, and lead cross-functional teams including mentoring operation staff.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
- 8+ years experience in enterprise application hosting, Linux systems, and production platform operations.
- Strong skills in Linux web environments, PostgreSQL administration, scripting/automation, web servers, and reverse proxies.
- Location: Kollam, Kerala (onsite implied).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing production-grade, high-availability enterprise platforms with focus on reliability and disaster recovery.
- Comfortable coordinating between infrastructure and application teams with demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Familiar with technologies like Ruby on Rails, Redis, Nginx, HAProxy, and enterprise LMS platform environments.
