About This Role
- Lead hands-on engineering of secure, scalable digital learning platforms for students and faculty.
- Design enterprise application architectures and code core components across backend, UI, databases, and integrations.
- Direct CI/CD, performance tuning, code reviews and mentor development team members.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience with technical leadership.
- Proficient in Python, Java, C#/.NET, or Node.js; experienced with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web frameworks, SQL, and APIs.
- Experience in enterprise software, AI/LLM integrations, and modern application security and performance practices.

- Experienced in full-stack development with a focus on AI/LLM integration for educational platforms.
- Capable of architecting and scaling secure enterprise applications with a leadership mindset over code quality and team mentoring.
