About This Role
- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of infrastructure, utilities, common areas, and amenities in a premium gated villa community.
- Manage facility staff, external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality maintenance.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, ensure safety and compliance, and serve as the primary liaison for resident facility concerns.
Minimum Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5–8 years of relevant facility management or property maintenance experience, preferably in residential communities, hotels, or commercial buildings.
- Experience managing technical infrastructure (electrical, plumbing, water treatment, DG sets, STP/WTP) and manpower.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, maintenance tracking systems, and ability to handle emergency responses.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing premium residential communities, gated villa projects, or luxury apartments with complex facilities.
- Hands-on, accountable operator with strong vendor and staff management skills across diverse services including housekeeping, landscaping, and security.
- Resident-focused mindset with capability to maintain high maintenance standards, timely issue resolution, and safety compliance.
