About This Role
- Research, prototype, and build AI-enabled capabilities and emerging technologies for large-scale enterprise software.
- Develop proofs of concept, reusable components, and production-ready implementations integrating AI models with enterprise systems.
- Experiment with AI frameworks, model-serving tools, and vector search technologies; package and deploy prototypes in Linux, containers, and Kubernetes environments.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related discipline.
- 3+ years of hands-on software development experience including AI/GenAI application development.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or comparable languages with experience in REST APIs and database-backed applications.
- Working knowledge of LLM APIs or self-hosted models, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, PyTorch, etc.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building AI-powered document processing, semantic search, workflow automation, or decision-support features.
- Familiarity with running open-source AI models locally or on private infrastructure including GPU inference and model-serving.
- Skilled in secure, maintainable software development suitable for controlled data centre and cloud environments, with experience in Linux, Docker, CI/CD, and Kubernetes deployments.
