About This Role
- Oversee day-to-day operations of luxury villa properties including guest experience, property readiness, and managing on-site staff such as housekeeping, cooks, butlers, security, and gardeners.
- Manage maintenance, inventory, SOP adherence, guest concern resolution, budgeting and financial oversight to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
- Drive key metrics like Guest Satisfaction Score, Staff Efficiency, Property Maintenance, Timeliness in Issue Resolution, and Inventory Accuracy.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality or guest services with focus on operations and guest satisfaction.
- Experience managing housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff effectively.
- Proficiency in SOP implementation, inventory management, and financial oversight.
- Location: Karjat (implied onsite role).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in luxury villa, resort, or premium hospitality property management with guest delight focus (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong operational leadership with ability to make quick decisions and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Capable of proactive stakeholder management coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to maintain high service standards.
