About This Role
- Lead regional business performance including portfolio growth, revenue, and profitability of premium vacation homes.
- Own end-to-end operations and guest experience across North India, overseeing teams in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, drive business development, and improve operational workflows and standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-12 years experience in strategic growth, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or vacation rentals.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- Role based in Gurgaon with operational responsibility for North India regions.
- Strong skills in deal negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement.
