About This Role
- Develop and enhance modern full stack web applications (MEAN/MERN stack) that deliver measurable user value.
- Collaborate with product owners, security teams, architects and engineers to translate business requirements into high-quality, secure code.
- Contribute to prototyping, evaluate and integrate open source and AI-assisted development tools into solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, systems analysis or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience (including internships/co-ops).
- Proficiency with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js frameworks (Express, Angular, React), REST/GraphQL APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, Agile, source control, CI/CD.
- Hybrid work in Pune or Gurugram location; minimum 3 days per week onsite required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full stack developer comfortable in iterative development and secure coding practices within enterprise settings.
- Familiar with modern system architecture, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), DevOps concepts and AI-assisted development tools.
- Able to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners and security, to deliver pragmatic technical solutions.
