About This Role
- Administer, develop, and maintain business systems including Salesforce CRM, Docebo LMS, HubSpot marketing automation, NetSuite ERP, and technical tools like ClickUp and revision control systems.
- Build, maintain, and improve integrations between systems using APIs, webhooks, or middleware to ensure seamless business operations.
- Collaborate with business users to deliver and continuously improve tailored solutions while supporting system evaluation and onboarding new tools.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology or Systems roles.
- Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce (Flow, permission sets, custom objects/fields, reports, dashboards, SOQL, sandbox deployment).
- Hands-on LMS administration experience (content/course management, user/group management, reports, workflow automation), plus experience administering at least one other business system end-to-end.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end administration of multiple business systems with strong skills in integrations using middleware or custom coding.
- Capable of working with non-technical users to translate business needs into practical solutions and improve system usability.
- Comfortable working IST 3:00 PM to 11:59 PM to coordinate with global teams and knowledgeable about compliance and security practices for business systems.
