About This Role
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle for merchant credit and bank integration products, from ideation to launch.
- Lead collaboration with business teams, partner banks, and group companies in Japan to translate business needs into product roadmaps.
- Define technical specifications and partner with engineering, modeling, risk, and analytics teams to integrate scoring models and build scalable platform capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years Product Management experience (7-9 years overall).
- Bachelor's degree in a technology discipline or 2+ years in a technical role with understanding of APIs, system architecture, SQL, and statistical concepts.
- Strong execution ability with history of independently driving complex initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to operate autonomously managing complex fintech or financial product launches.
- Comfortable working across cross-border teams and integrating credit modelling and risk analytics into product.
- Experience leveraging AI/LLM tools in product workflows while maintaining accountability for final output.
