About This Role
- Act as liaison among stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements for changes in processes and policies.
- Prioritize, manage, and communicate detailed requirements including using models and specifications to ensure project teams have shared understanding and alignment.
- Assess and validate solutions against requirements, define acceptance criteria, perform gap analysis, and support transition from existing to new solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years of business analysis experience in a development environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio) and Microsoft Azure DevOps; knowledge of defect tracking processes and tools.
- Experience with Agile methodologies including SAFe environment and knowledge of product management concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational business process improvement and able to handle both structured and object-oriented analysis techniques.
- Capable of managing complex requirements elicitation and change control in collaborative project teams.
- Knowledgeable in Workday Finance, Workday HCM, and Integrations to enhance domain fit and solution assessment capability.
