About This Role
- Design, deploy, monitor, and optimize enterprise WAN, LAN, and WLAN environments using SD-WAN (Juniper SSR/SRX) and Juniper Mist AI platform to ensure high availability and performance.
- Perform 24/7 network operations including monitoring, alert validation, incident management, troubleshooting, and SLA compliance.
- Lead or support network deployment, upgrades, automation initiatives, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for technical communication and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of relevant experience in Network Engineering (WAN/LAN/WLAN).
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Juniper technologies including Mist AI, SRX/SSR/EX/AP platforms, and routing protocols BGP and OSPF.
- Educational qualification: 15 years full-time education.
- Experience with SD-WAN architecture and deployment, network troubleshooting, telemetry-based monitoring, and analytics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven expertise specifically in Juniper SD-WAN and Juniper Mist platforms with operational responsibility in large scale enterprise network environments.
- Experienced in 24/7 high-pressure NOC/VNOC environments driving incident resolution and SLA adherence.
- Capable of driving automation and operational efficiency improvements using API and AI insights.
