About This Role
- Serve as the technical right hand to the Senior Director of Engineering, translating strategy into execution for the Bengaluru engineering team.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a cross-functional team of Software, Quality, and Data Engineers, driving agile delivery and operationalizing AI capabilities across the platform.
- Own architecture reviews, code reviews, design discussions, and unblock technical challenges to build and ship new product capabilities with reliability and enterprise discipline.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5+ years managing software and/or multi-discipline engineering teams as an Engineering Manager or Team Lead.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Strong technical expertise in software architecture, design, CI/CD, agile methodology, cloud technology (AWS), and SaaS environments.
- Work Experience Required: 3–5+ years managing and growing engineering teams.
