About This Role
- Own product backlog grooming and requirement capturing aligned to business and strategic goals.
- Maximize delivered business value by aligning features and managing complex interdependencies across multiple environments.
- Lead collaboration with development teams to deliver prioritized sprint backlogs, roadmap planning, and release execution.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years as Product Owner or Business Analyst in global banking/GCC environment.
- Strong AML/KYC Customer Due Diligence (CDD) product and domain experience.
- Functional knowledge of FenX (Fenergo), PEGA, and other CDD domain applications.
- Extensive experience working in an agile environment.

- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and quality engineers through product lifecycle stages in a co-located setting.
- Skilled in communicating product vision to stakeholders and shaping backlog into epics, features, and user stories for agile sprints.
- Proven ability to simplify complex processes, innovate and adapt in a fast-paced agile banking product environment.
