About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic AI frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and enterprise data platforms.
- Build AI workflows, agents, and conversational experiences to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and decision-making across business functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, production-ready AI solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years experience developing software, data, analytics, or AI-driven applications in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering, Python, SQL, APIs, and enterprise data platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
- Experience with cloud platforms AWS, Azure, or GCP and knowledge of data governance, AI model evaluation, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

- Experienced in building and deploying AI solutions within regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare.
- Proficient at translating complex business problems into scalable AI solutions and collaborating with global, cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
