About This Role
- Support full software implementation lifecycle including development, configuration, customization, testing, and data operations.
- Provide ongoing operational and technical support to maintain system reliability and performance.
- Analyze incidents for root cause, implement fixes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support release deployments and environment validations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in software development and enterprise software implementations using Java/J2EE and Oracle.
- Experience with debugging across UI, API, and database tiers and strong SQL skills for query and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in high-tech or semiconductor industry domains with understanding of product hierarchies, pricing, channel data, and revenue process.
- Proven ability to handle technical and customer-facing communication and documentation in a global support environment.
- Comfortable working independently or collaboratively to meet project deadlines effectively.
