About This Role
- Manage day-to-day onsite operations of the Reconciliation Project at Gurugram, ensuring BAU activities complete timely and accurately with adherence to SLAs.
- Own issue resolution and escalation management across L1, L2, and L3 teams to minimize avoidable escalations to Mumbai team.

- Strong expertise in banking reconciliation processes, GL reconciliation, and handling operational support across L1-L3 teams.
