About This Role
- Participate in design, development, and implementation of new or revised application systems, ensuring adherence to SDLC phases.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert and mentor junior team members, providing technical support and guidance with minimal supervision.
- Conduct feasibility studies, implement security and compliance measures, and collaborate with stakeholders to address technical issues and improve systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience with proven backend system design and implementation.
- Mandatory expertise in Java and Spring Boot; practical exposure to modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL Server including database design and performance tuning; experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and modern tooling.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full SDLC management and comfortable independently managing design, development, and deployment activities.
- Strong backend development focus with Java/Spring Boot, complemented by frontend technology exposure and database expertise.
- Able to serve as SME and advisor to senior stakeholders, contributing to standards, governance, and risk management in a regulated environment.
