About This Role
- Own and lead technical engineering and operational integrity of complex Microsoft Azure platform including compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, and security.
- Define and enforce Azure Landing Zone standards, governance, cost controls, Infrastructure as Code practices, and platform reliability including backup, patching, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Serve as senior L4 escalation and technical authority, managing incident resolution, vendor partner oversight, cross-team collaboration, and strategic platform planning and communication.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-13 years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, platform engineering, or enterprise operations with significant hands-on Microsoft Azure expertise.
- Deep understanding of Azure Landing Zones, subscriptions, Management Groups, Policy, RBAC, networking (VNets, NSGs, UDRs, Private Endpoints), and cost management.
- Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code, notably Terraform, and solid knowledge of Azure services including AKS, storage, Key Vault, and monitoring.
- Experience leading incident management (including P1/P2), RCA, ITSM processes, and working knowledge of cloud security and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST, ISO 27001, SOC2, etc.).

- Strong at operating in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments including Product, Cyber, Innovation teams with proven ability to influence and communicate to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated focus on platform reliability, automation, standardization, cost optimization, and continuous improvement within regulated or complex technical environments.
