About This Role
- Develop and maintain complex data pipelines and ETL processes in Snowflake, ensuring data quality and optimized performance.
- Design and implement scalable data models using OLTP, OLAP, Data Vault 2.0 methodologies, and manage DBT transformations.
- Manage and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for deployment of data solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Snowflake Developer or similar data engineering role.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and automation.
- Experience working with DBT (Data Build Tool) and managing CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in performance tuning and handling large datasets specifically within Snowflake environments.
- Strong expertise in data modeling techniques (OLTP, OLAP, Data Vault 2.0) with hands-on DBT development experience.
- Familiar with version control using Git and automating deployments in cloud-based CI/CD pipelines, showing capability in collaborative, cross-team projects.
