About This Role
- Lead client-centric analytical and insightful reporting solutions to accelerate strategic business decision making across multiple business units.
- Own and deliver multiple complex analytical projects involving business context understanding, KPI analysis, and trend identification.
- Periodically review and streamline existing processes for efficacy and automation; manage stakeholder communications independently across functions and regions.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience delivering analytical solutions.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Statistics from premier institutes.
- Hands-on experience with SAS, SQL; Python experience is a plus.
- Experience working with large datasets, data warehouses, Tableau or similar BI tools; good understanding of banking P&L required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in analytical project execution with strong business acumen in banking, especially P&L understanding.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver structured presentations to business stakeholders and senior management.
- Capable of coaching and mentoring juniors; demonstrates control orientation and risk awareness in data-driven decision environments.
