About This Role
- Lead design and deployment of scalable cloud infrastructure and MLOps/DevOps foundations for AI-driven Pharma R&D platforms.
- Automate cloud and platform services with Infrastructure as Code, establish observability to reduce mean-time-to-resolution for critical clinical submission pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers, manage complex production environments, and align technical strategies with organizational goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience managing production environments with large workloads using cloud architectures like AWS, Kubernetes, and Serverless.
- Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
- Proficiency with monitoring/tools such as Grafana, ELK stack, and advanced scripting/programming (Python, JavaScript, Bash/PowerShell).
- Work Experience Required: Demonstrated experience with production cloud environments and mentoring engineers.
